Firm rankings for Silicon Valley architects based on revenues

The San Jose Business Journal ranked Silicon Valley architectural firms by the most recently competed fiscal-year revenues. BCA Architects, with Silicon Valley revenue of $10 million, ranked number eight on the 2008 list. The Journal’s “Lists” are compiled yearly and are an industry source for companies who are leaders in their specific business categories.
The Journal listed BCA’s notable projects which include Christopher High School’s new campus in Gilroy. Phase 1 of the $140 million dollar project opened for the September 2009 school year with a sustainable design that maximizes natural day lighting, and includes energy efficient systems and rooftop photovoltaic grid. BCA’s five new performing arts centers at San Jose’s Campbell Union High School District’s campuses was noted. The versatile centers will include facilities for conferences and lectures. Also listed was BCA’s new corporate headquarters in San Jose, now being designed, with move-in slated for 2010.
